So, my last post - promising to be dedicated to writing regularly - was 21 months ago...
Nine days later my Mom died of lung and brain cancer.
Three months after that I got pregnant (on purpose) with our second child.
Three months after that I was laid off from the newspaper.
A month after that I started a new job, in a different, but related field.
And six months after that I gave birth to the most beautiful daughter I could've dreamed of.
Life is what happens while you're making other plans - John Lennon was right.
